2025 VISION Masterclass
REPLAY
Next steps…
Continue the work. This doesn’t end here - this is lifelong practice. This is only the beginning.
Keep planting the seed. Your mind may be a little confused on how it’s actually going to come into fruition. Plant the seed, let nature do the rest.
Frame your sankalpa as a short, positive, and present-tense statement.
Examples:
“I am grounded, compassionate, and aligned with my highest truth.”
“I act courageously and with purpose.”
“I nurture my body, mind, and spirit with love and care.”
Consistency is key in sankalpa practice. The more you affirm and embody your sankalpa, the stronger its manifestation becomes.
Morning Practice:
Upon waking, repeat your sankalpa silently or aloud. Visualise yourself living it fully.
Meditation or Yoga Nidra:
During a meditative state (or while practicing Yoga Nidra), mentally repeat your sankalpa. This is a powerful time as the mind is deeply receptive.
Feel the emotion and conviction behind the words. Let the sankalpa sink into your subconscious mind.
Anchor with Rituals:
Integrate your sankalpa into rituals, such as lighting a lamp, journaling, or chanting.
Embody Your Sankalpa in Action
A sankalpa is not just a mental affirmation—it requires action in alignment with your intention.
Set Small, Aligned Goals:
Break down your sankalpa into actionable steps. For example:If your sankalpa is “I nurture my well-being,” start by prioritising small acts of self-care like drinking water mindfully or taking a daily walk.
If it is “I act with courage,” identify one challenging task to face with determination.
Check-In Regularly:
Throughout the day, pause and ask: “Am I acting in alignment with my sankalpa?”
This builds awareness and helps you course-correct when needed.
Reaffirm and Evolve Your Sankalpa
Stay Flexible: As you grow and circumstances change, your sankalpa may need refinement. Reflect periodically to ensure it still resonates with your truth.
Celebrate Small Wins: Recognise when you act in alignment with your sankalpa. Gratitude reinforces the energy behind it.
Overcome Resistance or Doubt
The mind may sometimes resist the sankalpa due to fear or old patterns.
Cultivate Faith: Trust in the process, even if results aren’t immediate. Sankalpa works on subtle levels and takes time to manifest.
Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself if you falter. Realign gently and move forward.
Affirmation: Remind yourself of your sankalpa during challenging moments.
Key Points to Remember
Short and Positive: A sankalpa should be concise, in the present tense, and affirming.
Feel It Deeply: Emotions amplify the power of your sankalpa. Feel its truth as if it’s already realized.
Repetition and Consistency: Daily practice imprints the sankalpa in your subconscious.
Aligned Action: Your actions must support your sankalpa to bring it into reality.
By practicing sankalpa regularly and wholeheartedly, you create a focused, purposeful life that aligns with your highest truth and potential.
